The New York Knicks went 4-0 last week and climbed all the way to the #4 spot in my rankings. Oklahoma City, Detroit and San Antonio continue to hold on to the top 3 spots. Houston falls one spot to the #5 ranking.

Cleveland’s offense got hot last week as they climbed up to the #2 ranking just behind Miami. Denver and Oklahoma City swapped the #3 and #4 rankings and Utah went cold and fell from the #2 to the #5 ranking.

The top 5 defenses remain the same, although Boston and Detroit swap the #2 and #3 rankings.
