Milwaukee and Philadelphia are solidifying themselves as the two best teams in baseball this season. The Cubs and Dodgers follow and finally we have some American League teams take the 5-9 rankings. The Mets are in a free fall and are now in a battle for the final wildcard spot in the National League. From July 2024 - July 2025, they were one of the five best teams in baseball. Now they are finishing 2025 like they started 2024.

Hitting
The Yankees are far and away the best offense in baseball. The Dodgers and Mets are a distant 2nd and 3rd.
Jazz Chisholm Jr. joins the top 10 for the first time this season, replacing Kyle Stowers. The rest of the top 10 remains the same.

Pitching
The Padres rebounded this week and move back up to the number 2 spot behind Texas. The Mets pitching continues to flounder and they fall to the number 8 position.
Once again, its the Big 3 and everybody else. Paul Skenes passes Nathan Eovaldi for the #2 position. Ranger Suárez enters my top 10 for the first time. Jacob DeGrom is back in the top 10.
